Shopping Pleasure Along the Boulevard

Our project, DOĞA CADDE AVM, which was completed by KAYS YAPI A.S., an affiliate company of DOĞA Companies Group, and opened to the service of the people of Malatya:

The aim of bringing the pleasure of shopping along the boulevard to Malatya, a city with a population of 772,000 and at the forefront of developing cities with exemplary urban planning studies, urban renewal projects, and infrastructure works, was realized with the launch of DOĞA CADDE AVM in the Cadde AVM concept in February 2016.

DOĞA CADDE AVM, established on a 40,000 m² area, was designed to allow visitors to easily access many different brands in one place. A 900-vehicle open parking lot was designed for the comfort of AVM visitors.

The DOĞA CADDE AVM project, initiated with a concept that houses our national brands such as Bimeks, Carrefoursa, Yataş Bedding, İşbir Yatak, Kaşmir Halı, Madame Coco, Sportiv, Viar Tekstil, Zühre Giyim, Armine, Tekbir Giyim, Mavi, Vestel, Watsons, Toyzzshop, Flo, Collins, Ramsey, Kip, Sarı Dünya Kaysı, Gloria Jean’s Coffees, Seyidoğlu Baklava, and Doğa Büfe, is adding value to Malatya with the signature of DOĞA Companies Group.
