High ceilings, capable of providing high electrical power, spacious circulation areas, presence of solar panels, natural ventilation and lighting opportunities in shops, separate truck entry to each floor, strong carrying capacity, wide column spans, special technical areas and parking facilities on the terrace, shafts that each workshop can access from its own floor, roof parking, designated areas in front of shops, uninterrupted circulation within the parcel.

Located in the heart of Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone, one of Turkey’s most important production hubs, with cooperatives, factory areas, and independent firms generating annual exports exceeding 50 billion TL. The most important feature of the TİCARETHANE DUDULLU land is that it is the only parcel within Dudullu OSB and the project site includes a metro station. Our project consists of three blocks with 636 independent sections, and all blocks are interconnected on each floor with circulation systems and bridges. Starting from 80 m² in size, with the ability to combine up to 47,985 m², the project offers square meters suitable for every need.

It is located 75 km from Istanbul Airport and 20 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The project includes workshops, technical areas, shelters, parking, gray water tank, rainwater tank, generator, mosque, and meeting rooms. The ceiling height of the shops varies between 5 and 8 meters, and the column spacing varies between 8 and 13 meters.
